I've uploaded a number of photos of curiosities to my Flickr account.The photos can be of anything with a story. Something old, something forgotten, something with a history, or something fallen out of use and soon to disappear.
Many of the curious things I have photographed in the past have now vanished altogether. A great shame in some cases. There used to be a set of stocks that were set on wheels in the churchyard at Colne. They were taken to various towns on market days in days gone past, but presumably no one wanted them once they started rusting or rotting away and so they have disappeared forever.
