Zombies - Will Your Local Authority Survive?

I don't know how I missed this one but apparently Leicester City Council has had to admit that it is unprepared for an attack by zombies.

A "concerned citizen" sent in a Freedom of Information request wanting to know whether the council were aware of the possibility of an attack by zombies.

In these times of austerity perhaps it is a relief to find they don't...

I wonder whether Blackpool Council has contingency plans to ensure the Illuminations continue to shine if the human race were wiped out by asteroid collision...?
