Remember way back in April I mentioned the work being done on Blackpool's sea defences and how the council was reclaiming land back from the sea?Southport - where the sea is so far away it can only be seen from the end of the pier with a pair of binoculars - is not being left out.
They are reclaiming land back from the Marine Lake...
