Just in case anyone has missed me over the past 5 days... (er... you have, haven't you?) This is where we've been.
On Monday we flew out from Manchester to Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris and we've been staying at the Dream Castle Hotel nearby the Disney parks at Marne la Vallée.
Full reports (some of which will be true(-ish)) over the next few days but for today, we've not exactly had the best of weather and have come back apparently to a new wreck off Blackpool's coast - will see if I can get some pics of that tomorrow! We've not had snow or high winds but there has been frost and lots of rain - the magic definitely is diluted by rain... but it's been a good few days! We had 3 full days there: one in Disney Studios, one in Disneyland itself and one in Paris where we tried out the "other" Tower and then walked to the Arch de Triomphe and from there to the Louvre - a walk I've been wanting to do for years!
And lastly, a sneak preview of what a couple of days in Disney did to Fran... These are not bought or fastened on a band fitted onto her head...! See if you can guess how I did it - the answer in a day or two!
